If your order needs to be returned for any reason, it must be returned unopened in its original packaging. If we believe the product has been used, a refund will not be given. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on used cosmetics. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with our team and we’ll make it right.
