Please email info@withlovecosmetics.co so we can help to arrange your return. Please provide your full name, address and order number so there is no delays with finding your order. 

If there is any problem with your order, please make sure to email us or contact us through our contact page on the website within 24hrs of receiving so we can ensure any problems are resolved. 

If your order needs to be returned for any reason, it must be returned unopened in its original packaging. If we believe the product has been used, a refund will not be given. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
