Please note that all sales are final. Unfortunately we cannot cancel any orders so please check that your order is correct before placing the order. We cannot take refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the products for health and hygiene reasons. If there is any problem with your order, please make sure to email us or contact us through our contact page on the website within 24hrs of receiving so we can ensure any problems are resolved. Please DO NOT direct message on Instagram or social media as these messages are not monitored. If your order needs to be returned for any reason, it must be returned unopened in its original packaging. If we believe the product has been used, a refund will not be given.
